"Daniel worked on my 2008 Audi A5 2.7 Tdi that's done 238000 miles on a tired out Tiptronic auto gearbox. Daniel talked me through the various remaps that were available for my vehicle and advised me accordingly. Because of the high mileage of the engine/gearbox I went for the eco remap, and this gives me better fuel economy and an extra 31 bhp. The work was carried out at my home about 4 weeks ago, so the delay in leaving feedback was so that I could get a good idea of my fuel figures. Previously, 58ltrs (that's a full tank of diesel) would give me between 475 to 490 miles and now I get 555 miles, and the last recap was 545 miles. So, my fuel consumption has gone from 37mpg to 42mpg. That's an extra 8% or 5mpg. I have also noticed that the gearbox changes into its 8th gear (drive mode) at 1000rpm at 37mph. So, overall, I am very impressed with the work that Daniel has done, and within 6 months, the money spent will have paid for itself in fuel savings. It's definitely worth getting the remap done, and the beauti about DJ's is that they come to your house, or workplace. Do make sure you have no Engine Warning signs on your dashboard display before having the remap done."
